Bought a $30 item and when I got home and opened the box it was missing the charger and wing nut. I called them immediately to inform them and took it right back up there and the owner not only would not provide the missing parts, he accused me of losing them. I’ve been a regular customer of them since the day they open. I’ll never do business there again and be disrespected that way.

This location operates far more like a gambling room than a legitimate business. The primary activity here is people sitting for long periods of time playing gambling-style machines. There is no meaningful service being provided to the Conway community. The entire setup appears focused on keeping people continuously feeding money into machines. What makes this especially concerning is the impact on local residents. These machines are designed to keep people playing and losing. They prey on vulnerable individuals and quietly drain money from families who can least afford it. Instead of contributing positively to Conway’s economy, this type of operation pulls money out of the community without giving anything of value back. Bought two dishwashers that were repackaged to look like new, the bottom was busted out of one of them which I noticed loading up in the store parking lot 10 ft from the door, and the second one had a huge dent on the inside of the door preventing it from sealing when closed and had a broken part on the bottom. I understand no returns on scratch and dent, but these could not be repaired, they should have been junked. Either the owner got scammed or I did.

Definitely an exciting sight upon entering the store, however once you leave with your items purchased does the excitement turn into regret. I went in and purchased a baby walker for 70% “discount” of $99 originally “$299”. I then get home to find out, not only was my item online selling at Walmart and Amazon for only $100, but on recall. This is truly upsetting and I hope honesty is restored in the store.
